Is EnjoyChinese free?
EnjoyChinese offers free basic features and paid premium subscriptions. The free version includes some courses and features, while the paid subscription unlocks all HSK courses, advanced features, and personalized learning reports.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS users can manage in "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions"; Android users can manage in "Google Play > Subscriptions". After cancellation, you can still use paid features until the current period ends.
What languages are supported?
Currently, the EnjoyChinese app interface supports Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Course content is mainly presented in Chinese with pinyin and translation support.
Can I use it offline?
Yes! Paid users can download course content to their devices and continue learning without an internet connection. Downloaded content is regularly synced and updated.
How do I delete my account?
You can submit a deletion request in the app under "Settings > Account > Delete Account". We will process your request and delete your personal information within 30 days. Please note that data cannot be recovered after deletion.
What age group is the course suitable for?
EnjoyChinese course content is suitable for learners aged 13 and above. For younger users, we recommend using it under parental guidance and selecting content appropriate for their age and level.
